I called Beacon Electric to service my generator, after calling a few other local businesses. The technician on the phone was very confident he knew what the problem was. He promptly showed up and completed the work. While he was here, he explained their maintenance agreement to me. Having the maintenance completed correctly and on time will hopefully prevent any other problems in the future.
